Called a few roofers. Weathertight was one of a couple that called me back. Price was close, based on reviews I chose them. It is a rental. I live 50 miles away. They scheduled it. I asked Tim to pick out the tile color he thought would look best. I text him on the day they were supposed to start, he said they expected to start that day. I haven't heard from them since. I was close by and checked on the house a few days later. It looked great. Great color, great workmanship, they painted as needed and cleaned up exceptionally well. I received the bill in the mail a couple of days later and promptly paid it. It was an interesting experience (in a positive way)! It is certainly a well run, quality organization.

You Will Not Be Disappointed.
Our church has had two roofs replaced by Weathertight. The first roof on our worship center had leaked since it was installed in 1984, after numerous attempts to repair the roof. Weathertight replaced the roof for less than all other bidders, and the new roof has never leaked, after two winters. The quality and professionalism of this roofer is exceptional and I no longer have raindrops falling on my head. The second roof they replaced was for our preschool. It had been a rocked flat roof, and leaked in every room. So we asked Weathertight to install a new torch down elastomeric roof, which they did. It is beatiful and I am confident it will not need repair for many years. This is a quality roofer using the best materials and the crew is extremely professional and qualified to do their work. They respect the owner and facilities and get the job done in a timely and perfect manner. Hire this roofer and you will not be disappointed.
